What exactly is TrichoBox?
TrichoBox is a single program that gives your clinic a fully branded, turnkey ecosystem for hair restoration products, both prescription drugs and nondrug products. You choose what goes in it. We build and operate everything behind the scenes.
What does STL actually do vs. what do we do?
STL builds and operates the entire infrastructure pharmacy relationships, ecommerce, fulfillment, marketing assets, compliance, and customer support. Your clinic approves milestones, collects 100% of patient payments, and owns the brand and data. You're the merchant of record. We're invisible to your patients.
Can you handle standard hair loss prescriptions?
Yes. We provide minoxidil, finasteride, and dutasteride in both oral and topical forms through 503A compounding pharmacies. We also offer advanced compounds such as 0.3% bimatoprost and low-dose topical dutasteride.
What does this cost us?
A one-time setup fee to initiate. After that, our income is tied to your success. You pay when you make money, and you keep the majority of the profit. Does our EMR/CRM integrate with this?
Yes. Our tech lead will work directly with your team to design the integration between TrichoBox, your CRM, and your existing workflow. The goal is to ensure all patient data, subscription status, and order history flows into your systems automatically.
Who owns the patient data?
You do. You own all customer emails, shipping addresses, subscription history, and retention data. You'll have a centralized management dashboard with full visibility the exact data your current pharmacy won't give you.
Is this legally compliant across states?
Yes. The telemedicine model uses a flat per encounter fee regardless of prescription outcome, which satisfies Anti Kickback Statute safe harbors. The independent prescriber is licensed in 50 states and it protects against Corporate practice of medicine risks. All 503A pharmacies are licensed to ship in all 50 states.
Will K11 compete with my existing product line?
K11 is a complementary addition to your clinic’s existing product line, not a competitor.
