Subscription Terms & Cancellation

This page explains, in plain English, exactly what happens when you subscribe — what you are charged, when, and how to stop. Nothing here is hidden in the small print.
Which of our plans are subscriptions
Three of our four plans renew automatically. Here is exactly what each one charges you and how often:

One 30-day supply
If you are on the monthly, 3-month or 6-month plan:
You are enrolled in a recurring subscription that renews automatically.
Your first charge is taken at checkout. The next one comes at the end of your billing period.
There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
The subscription continues until you cancel it.
Your next charge date and amount are always visible in your subscription portal, and are stated on your order confirmation email.
A note on the 6-month plan. $466 is a large charge to arrive unexpectedly six months after you last thought about it. We email you 7 days before every renewal with the amount, the date, and a one-click cancel link — so you are never surprised. If you would rather not have a long renewal cycle at all, the monthly plan cancels the same way and costs the same per bottle within a few dollars.
How to cancel or pause — any time
You can cancel or pause online, by yourself, in under a minute. You never have to phone us, and we will not require you to speak to anyone to cancel.
Go to Manage your subscription.
Enter the email address you used to order. We email you a secure sign-in link.
Choose Cancel subscription or Pause.
That’s it. Cancellation is immediate and confirmed on screen and by email.
Prefer to email? Write to support@k11.co with the subject line “Cancel subscription” from the email address on your order. We will action it and confirm within one business day. Cancelling by email takes effect from the date we receive your request, not the date we reply.
What happens when you cancel
You will not be charged again. No further payments are taken.
Your current period stands. If you have already been charged for a bottle, that bottle still ships to you. We do not refund a charge that has already shipped, except under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Your renewal date is in your confirmation email and in the portal.
Nothing is deleted. You can resubscribe at any time at the price then advertised.
Pausing instead
You can pause for 30, 60 or 90 days. Billing and shipping both stop for that period and restart automatically at the end of it. You can cancel a paused subscription at any point.
Renewal reminders
We email you 7 days before every renewal, not just after it has happened. Each reminder states the amount, the exact date you will be charged, and includes a one-click cancel link. This applies to all three subscription plans.
Price changes
We will not change your subscription price without giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email, stating the old price, the new price, and the date it takes effect. You may cancel before it applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If it has not succeeded after 14 days, we will cancel the subscription automatically. We will not send product you have not paid for, and we will not pursue you for it.
Refunds on subscription orders
Subscription bottles are covered by the same policy as one-time orders: unopened and unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See Refunds & Returns.
If you were charged for a renewal you did not expect, contact support@k11.co and tell us. We would far rather sort it out with you directly than have you dispute the charge with your bank.
