These Terms govern your purchase of systemK11 products from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who you are buying from
systemK11 is sold by SYSTEMS TRICHOLOGY LONDON LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12114910.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Systems Trichology London Ltd. “You” means the person placing the order.
2. Where we sell and ship
We currently sell and ship only to addresses within the United States, including US territories where our carriers deliver. We cannot accept orders for delivery outside the United States. Orders are fulfilled from our third-party fulfilment centre in Dayton, New Jersey.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you are.
4. The product
systemK11 is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine or a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Medical & Product Disclaimer before purchasing, and consult your physician before starting any supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition.
Product images are illustrative. We may change formulation, packaging or supplier from time to time; the current ingredient list on the product label supersedes any description on this site.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order — for example if the product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or we identify a pricing error — we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund you in full if payment has already been taken.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit order quantities.
6. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Your card or bank statement will show the descriptor SYSTEMK11.
7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
All three of our plans are recurring subscriptions. If you choose the monthly, 3-month or 6-month plan, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel:
Monthly plan — $87 every 30 days
3-month plan — $247 every 3 months
6-month plan — $466 every 6 months
There is no minimum term on any plan and no cancellation fee. Only the $97 one-time purchase is a single, non-recurring charge.
We email you before every renewal, stating the amount and the date. Full details, including exactly how to cancel or pause, are set out in our Subscription Terms. Those terms form part of this contract.
8. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and carriers are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at your cost, for a refund of the product price. Opened product cannot be returned for hygiene and product-safety reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We do not guarantee any particular result from using systemK11. Individual responses to a dietary supplement vary.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, supply shortages, extreme weather, or acts of government. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or let you cancel for a full refund of undelivered goods.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, branding, and the systemK11™ name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. For subscriptions, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any change that affects your price or renewal terms, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the United States, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your state of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
